Dash2do is a technology driven, online concierge & personal assistant service that helps busy people both in Kenya & the diaspora get things done in Nairobi, while solving the massive problem of unemployment in the youth and skilled vocational workforce.
Who Are Dashers
Dashers consist of college & Uni students, skilled trades-people, security guards, motorcycle riders, private & taxi drivers. They are selected for their good attitude, friendly service, experience & skill and go through a rigorous interview & vetting process. Your booking is automatically offered to them via mobile and the first one to accept gets the job.
Am I Assured
After the service is delivered, you are prompted by SMS to logon to your account, rate the dasher and add an optional tip. Only then is the money debited from your dash2do account and paid to the dasher. If you've not done this within 48 hours then the payment is automatically approved and a rating of 5/5 is given. You never need to hand cash to a dasher and that makes it easy to use even for those oversees.

Can I book by phone
Through technology we can broadcast thousands of jobs an hour, with no manual input. Doing this by phone would create huge overheads and the project would fail. We urge you to try it and you'll be surprised just how easy & addictive it is.
We do however provide 24-7 support to issues arising in the course of a service being provided. Dashers also have a phone number for a task supervisor for advice and support on any difficulties during a job.
